CANCELLATION POLICY
✨ Cancellation Policy At Soft Glow Nails, your appointment time is reserved just for you. • Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice ❗️ • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a non-refundable deposit AND 50% service fee • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price ‼️ • Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings Thank you for respecting my time and small business 🤍 ⏰ Late Arrival Policy At Soft Glow Nails, appointment times are reserved especially for you. • A $10 late fee will be applied • After 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled Please arrive on time to ensure the best service and to respect all scheduled appointments 🤍
